KITZOOM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without
prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised

Ordering & Availability
- Production timelines for out-of-stock items are stated on each product page.
- Customization requests must be submitted via email and approved by the KITZOOM
technical team. Any additional costs will be communicated prior to confirmation. - A 75% down payment is required to initiate production. The remaining 25% balance
must be settled upon completion and before delivery or collection.
Delivery & Shipping
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Shipping fees vary depending on destination and are added to the total order amount.
- Customers may arrange pickup from our workshop at their own expense and risk.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are in EGP and include VAT.
- Delivery fees are calculated separately and added at checkout.
- Prices and delivery fees are subject to change; however, confirmed orders will not be
affected.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Visa and MasterCard (credit/debit cards)
- Cash payment at the workshop prior to delivery or collection
All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. KITZOOM is not
responsible for payment authorization issues, bank validation processes, or additional handling
fees imposed by your card issuer.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Any costs incurred prior to
cancellation will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund & Return Policy
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Special orders
- Sale items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item,
contact us immediately at info@kitzoom-eg.com so we can assess and resolve the issue
promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product. Once approved, you may
place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund,
please contact us.
